Genealogy of French Royaly related to the Chateau of the Loire
If you were confused with all our kings, you will see above the connection between them, from Charles VIII who is a Capetian Valois, Louis XII who is a Valois Orléans and finally Francis 1st who is a Valois Angoulême. These are the 3 major kings who built those beautiful Renaissance chateaux along the Loire river. They all are cousins !
